Is there an activity you'd like to pursue with u3a Todmorden that we don't currently offer? Could you help set up a group to cater for it?

On the right is a set of group names from another u3a, to give some ideas. You'll see that we have about half of these groups locally, but we have room for more. You could look at the groups pages of bigger u3as locally, e.g. Ilkley, Sheffield, for more examples.

Your copy of u3a Matters has a list of subject advisers each month that will give more ideas.

Help available

The committee will help with up to £100 for necessary expenses in starting up a new group, including the initial meeting, which will be free for all to attend. Those taking on roles in the running of a group will be offered training in the use of u3a tools for mailing members and keeping membership records. An invitation to join the new group will be circulated to all members.
