This will be a guided group visit starting at 2:00 pm. A 2-course Lunch can be taken in the refectory at 1:00 pm, costing £15.50, and for this you must pre-book. It is not necessary to opt for the lunch in order to take part in the visit.

Whalley can be reached by train from Todmorden or Hebden Bridge, changing at Blackburn. For example, 10:33 dep. Todmorden arr. 11:10 Blackburn; 11:35 dep. Blackburn arr. 11:52 Whalley.. The abbey is 8 or 9 minutes' walk from the station.
