This session is to allow group convenors to meet together to share experiences and to consider some issues common to running u3a activity groups.

Among other topics, we will look at

• Inclusiveness of activities
• Expertise for group sessions
• Group finances: Accessing group balances; Alternatives to cash.
• Risk assessments
• Reacting to and reporting incidents
• Support for setting up new groups

Refreshments will be available half-way through the session.
