A One-day Workshop to Help Prepare for Future Events
On Tuesday 21st October we are putting on a special One Day Workshop in the Stoodley Room at Tod College from 9.30 am to 4 pm at the cost of only £5.

There will be a refreshment break in the morning and afternoon and own arrangements for lunch.
The speaker, Richard Cyster, is a member of Harrogate u3a and trained with Just B, the Hospice’s Bereavement Service, after retirement. He has given grief counselling to over 150 clients during the 10 years he worked with them. He still volunteers at St. Michaels Hospice as a Wellbeing Support Worker and is an end-of-life Doula.
