This is a reminder about our next walk, which will be led by Corinne Roberts and will take place on Tuesday 29th April commencing at 10:15am from Todmorden Bus Station.
Here's an outline of the walk from Corinne:-
Walk through the park to join Burnley Road before crossing the road and entering Stoney Royd Lane. Just before the railway bridge turn right through the field and cross the railway to the end of Cross Lee Rd. Take the track to Raikes Farm and the footpath behind the farm and continue up to join the Calderdale Way turning left along it. Shortly after a ruined building a small footpath leads up towards Bridestones Rocks (there is a stile here). Follow the path below the rocks (another couple of stiles on this path but none difficult) and come out onto the metalled road above Windy Harbour Farm. At the stone statue of 'The Wizard of Whirlaw' turn left joining Cross Stone Road at the sharp bend by Lower Winsley Farm. Turn right down Cross Stone Road and take the footpath on the right across the top of the Golf Course and come out at the top of Hole Bottom. From there proceed steeply down into Tod town centre.
